You must be at least 18 years of age to register at milvin. One account per person is permitted. milvin reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time through CNIC documentation.
All transactions at milvin are processed in PKR. JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT (TRC-20) are accepted. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification.
All bonuses offered by milvin are subject to wagering requirements detailed at the time of the offer. milvin reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time without prior notice.
Fraudulent activity, multiple account registration, bonus abuse, collusion, and any form of automated betting are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
milvin provides deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools accessible from account settings. Players exhibiting signs of problem gambling may have their accounts restricted at milvin's discretion.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing milvin is lawful in your jurisdiction within Pakistan. milvin does not provide legal advice. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited is not permitted.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register and use the milvin Platform. By creating an Account you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
2.2 milvin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If you are unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory age verification documentation (CNIC), milvin may suspend or permanently close your Account and withhold any Funds pending verification outcome.
2.3 You must be a human individual registering on your own behalf. Registrations by automated scripts, bots, or third parties acting on your behalf are prohibited.
2.4 Only one Account per person is permitted on the milvin Platform. Operating multiple Accounts constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Section 9.
3.1 To register a milvin Account you must provide a valid email address, a password, your full legal name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number. All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. milvin will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.
3.3 milvin recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This adds a secondary verification layer that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
3.4 You must notify milvin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.5 milvin reserves the right to refuse Account registration or close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where milvin reasonably believes an eligibility requirement has not been met.
4.1 All milvin Account transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). milvin does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR deposits.
4.2 The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT via the TRC-20 network.
4.3 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are shown on the deposit screen.
4.4 Deposits credited to your milvin Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
4.5 milvin is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or blockchain network congestion (for USDT deposits).
5.1 Withdrawal of Funds from your milvin Account is subject to completed KYC Verification. milvin will not process withdrawals to unverified Accounts.
5.2 Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the name on your verified CNIC. milvin will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.3 Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are displayed on the withdrawal screen. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 2–6 hours.
5.4 milvin reserves the right to conduct additional security verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This may extend processing times. milvin will notify you if additional verification is required.
5.5 In the event of a suspected Prohibited Activity, milvin may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation. Any Funds found to have been obtained through Prohibited Activity will be forfeited.
6.1 milvin may offer bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits to new and existing players at its discretion. Each promotion is governed by specific bonus terms displayed at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Bonus Funds are distinct from real-money Funds. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum conversion amounts are specified in each promotion's terms.
6.3 milvin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will not have that promotion retrospectively altered to their detriment without notice.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, using automated systems to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose — constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
7.1 All casino games available on milvin are provided by third-party certified game studios. Each game operates according to its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail except where the game rules address a specific aspect of gameplay not covered herein.
7.2 All sportsbook bets placed on milvin are subject to milvin's sportsbook rules applicable at the time of bet placement. milvin reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to system error and to settle markets in accordance with accepted industry practices.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting session, milvin will investigate and settle the affected round or bet in accordance with technical logs and the principle of fairness. milvin's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 milvin does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or betting market. Games and markets may be removed, modified, or temporarily unavailable for technical or commercial reasons without prior notice.
8.1 milvin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players experiencing difficulties with gambling are encouraged to use the self-help tools available within Account Settings: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive marketing communications from milvin. Pending withdrawals of verified Funds will be processed during the exclusion period.
8.3 milvin reserves the right to impose account restrictions on players who exhibit signs of problem gambling, in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations.
8.4 You acknowledge that gambling carries the risk of financial loss and that milvin's games and betting markets are for entertainment purposes only. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the milvin Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds:
10.1 All content on the milvin Platform — including logos, graphics, software, game content, text, and interface design — is owned by or licensed to milvin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from milvin content without prior written permission.
10.2 Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. milvin licenses game content for display on the Platform and does not claim ownership thereof.
11.1 milvin provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, milvin disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 milvin shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits or winnings; (c) loss or corruption of data; or (d) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable local laws.
11.3 milvin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total Funds deposited by you into your milvin Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
12.1 milvin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at milvin.app/privacy-policy. By registering an Account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 milvin implements SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmissions between your device and the Platform. Account credentials and payment information are handled in accordance with industry security standards.
13.1 milvin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the milvin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction within Pakistan.
14.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the milvin Platform should first be submitted to milvin's customer support at [email protected] for resolution. milvin will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt.
